Honestly, a very disappointing experience with Vogue Lease, especially for a gown fitting.
I had made an appointment and had provided all my details via WhatsApp in advance. However, when I arrived, it seemed that my appointment had been overlooked. I came earlier and was prepared to wait, but the shop was extremely busy with a group of customers who were still trying on dresses and had not finished even after my scheduled appointment time had passed. Their fitting continued for more than 30 minutes into my allocated appointment time, which significantly affected my fitting session.
I don’t think this is fair to other customers who have made appointments in advance and travelled specifically for their allocated time.
I actually drove from quite far away, around an hour each way, so I spent almost 2 hours travelling in total just for the gown fitting. Unfortunately, the experience was really not worth the travel time and effort.
The lady who attended to me was actually very friendly, polite and helpful. I have no complaints about her personally. She was trying her best to assist me and adjust the gown properly, but other customers kept calling her over with questions, so she had to leave me several times while she was attending to me and adjusting my gown. I understand she was trying to manage everyone, but I feel the shop needs better management and stricter control over appointments so each customer receives proper attention.
The fitting/photo area was another issue. When I came out wearing the gown, another customer simply came over and said, “Let me take photo,” and proceeded to stand on the pedestal while I was still there. I feel the staff should have stepped in and managed the situation instead of allowing this to happen.
More importantly, there were men sitting around the area. When I walked out wearing the gown, part of my chest was exposed due to the way the gown was being adjusted, and I was extremely uncomfortable when I noticed the men staring. For a gown fitting, I feel privacy and proper control of the fitting area should be a basic consideration.
I didn’t want to cause a scene or make things uncomfortable for anyone at the shop, so I kept quiet and just left. But honestly, I was very unhappy and uncomfortable with the overall experience.
In the end, I paid RM10 for around 45 minutes and left without finding a gown. I don’t mind paying the RM10, but after making an appointment, driving almost an hour each way and spending my time there, I left feeling that the whole trip was not worthwhile.
To be fair, the lady who served me was genuinely friendly and helpful. My disappointment is mainly with the overall shop arrangement, appointment management, customer flow and lack of privacy during the gown fitting.
I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the experience for future customers.

I rented my gown at Vogue Lease for my prom night. When I went to go look for dresses, the lady helping me was so fast in helping me find a dress I like and was so direct with her comments. I needed a dress few days before the event and I bump into this shop.
The dresses are stunning and the fitting session was comfortable and quick. The staffs are friendly and gave good suggestions.
Process for rental and returning is fast and easy. Also plus points, the dress smells good and clean which is important. It is the same smell when you walk up the staircase. Will def go there again if I need a dress 🙂

The staff treated me nicely and they’re very experienced on picking the best gown that fits my body type. The gown I ended choosing was the first gown they made me try it on. Wow just woww🤩 I used one of their dresses for my pre-wedding photoshoot and I genuinely had such a good experience from start to finish. The material felt really luxurious and the dress itself looked almost brand new, which honestly surprised me because it didn’t feel like a rental piece at all!! It photographed beautifully and gave exactly the kind of elegant, polished look I was going for 😍
What I also really appreciated was how many options they had. There were so many beautiful designs and styles that I actually struggled to choose just one, which says a lot about their collection. On top of that, the customer service was really great throughout.
Overall, everything just felt smooth and well taken care of, and I’m really happy I went with them for my shoot.

really good service ! they were really patient and helped me try on like 10 different dresses, were really gentle and helpful with the try on and choosing process. in the end i chose this gorgeous sparkly red dress which they even made altercations to the dress for me so it really fitted my body nicely . on the day on my event, i went to the store so they could help tie the dress on for me which didn’t take long as well. the pricing is also very reasonable. whatsapp replies are quick and friendly. overall i had a really good, not stressful experience and enjoyed my event with my beautiful dress. would love to come here again 🩷🩷

good service, really nice staff.offered $3600 MYR to fully buy a (ALREADY RENTED) dress, but after looking on the internet the ORIGINAL dress was about 1500 MYR i guess it's good for rental but if u have the budget just buy the original dress
